Ais Batu Campur

Yes, you can find this anywhere else in Malaysia, but, can you find one like ours?

Like every other ABCs, our ABC consists of shaved ice.
We make our ABC very carefully, taking into account our customers' orders.

We have a lot of variants, you see, for our special ABC:

(Besides the common ingredients of red beans, grass jelly, agar agar and corns and toppings of evaporated milk, condensed milkor coconut milk along with drizzle of sarsi syrup and red rose syrup)

1. Aloe vera (in cubes, of course)
2. Nata de coco (coconut cubes)
3.Ice cream
4.Durians (peeled from the seeds)
5. Cadbury chocolate

For even more special taste, we also add gula melaka syrup.

RM11.80

Iced Lemon Tea

We also serve the all-time favourite....

Yes, future-customers, we serve iced-lemon tea. And we serve the best iced lemon tea.
Besides the awesome taste and it's ability to freshen the drinker, iced lemon tea is good for your health.

And,yes, we serve it warm as well.

RM1.90

For detailed, and perhaps, more understandable info:

Three Layered Tea

Like every other normal restaurants, we also serve drinks:

As you can see from the picture, this Tea is...special. The topmost layer is tea (obviously), evaporated milk, and at the bottom is gula Melaka.

This marvellous drink can be drank at any time or any kind of weather. If it's cold, customers can order the drink warm. And, vice versa. It is after all, tea, it's delicious both ways.

RM3.60

If u don't believe me..

Mee Kolok

Lastly, mee kolok - one of the popular food in Sarawak.
Why, you ask? Well, why don't you come to our restaurant and try it out?

From the picture, you can guess that it's quite dry. You're wrong, of course. Mee kolok is usually eaten when the noodle as you see it has been soaked in a particular kind of gravy.

Besides that, mee kolok is usually topped with boiled sliced beef, celery and fried onion flakes. Of course, in our restaurant, the beef, celery and onion flakes are served separately so that the customers can add according to their tastes

RM 6.80

Umai

Don't you think this artwork is beautiful?

Umai, is originally, the traditional native food for Melanau people in Sarawak. Melanau people were originally fishermen.
For the customers' information, my sister makes the superb umai. Ever.

As you can see, the ingredients for this mouth-watering food is small-sliced fish, some sliced onions, garlics and sliced shallots. To even the flavour of the fish and to make it more delicious, we usually add a little bit sugar, salt, a pinch of pepper, red chillies (depending on how much you want it) and lemon grass.

This superb food is like sushi, but from Borneo...and is way tastier,I can assure you.

Laksa Sarawak

As surprising as it sounds, laksa Sarawak contains no curry at all. Most people would mix the ingredients with sambal belacan, although, making this food without sambal belacan does't alter the taste, well, not entirely.
I am happy to announce that Bucolic Restaurant takes into account if there's any customer that are allergic to seafood; mainly, sambal belacan.

The engridients would be sour tamarind, lemon grass, galangal, garlic and coconut milk.
I think what upgrade the awesomeness of this food is....it is topped with either omelette strips or boiled prawn. Some people would also specifically ask for chicken strips.

I am very proud to say that Laksa Sarawak comes originally from the island of Borneo.

Don't that prawn just stimulates your salivary gland?

RM 8.80
